EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

All ticket sales are FINAL and there are NO REFUNDS. Exchanges cannot be processed digitally through BookTix the day or night of a performance.

Exchanges will not be processed for failure to arrive on time or showing up. Unclaimed seats 5 mins prior to show time will be released to waiting guests.

When your plans change, the Box Office is happy to assist you in exchanging tickets through a cash transaction.
